The Hanna HI98165 is a professional portable pH meter designed specifically for cheese production and dairy quality control. It is suitable for cheese manufacturers, dairy processing plants, food laboratories, and QC teams that monitor acidity during curd formation, fermentation, aging, and finished product inspection.

This meter is supplied with the FC2423 cheese pH electrode, which features a stainless steel body, a conical glass tip, a built-in temperature sensor, and low-temperature glass. The rugged electrode construction enables direct measurement in cheese and other semi-solid dairy samples, where standard lab electrodes may be difficult to use.
