Refund and Exchange Policy - Kamadi Business & Industrial Mart

At Kamadi Business & Industrial Mart, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your online shopping experience. Due to the specialized nature of our industrial, technical, and business products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will consider exchanges or, in specific cases, refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange or Refund:

An exchange or refund may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Product Delivery: If the delivered product does not match the technical specifications, model number, or brand you selected in your order. In such cases, an exchange will be the primary solution.
  • Damage or Shortage During Shipping: If the delivered goods appear damaged or if parts/accessories are missing or have been tampered with during shipping. Important: You must immediately take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged/affected items and share them with your order reference number via our WhatsApp.
  • Performance Issues: If the delivered goods fail to perform according to the manufacturer's stated parameters. Please provide comprehensive details of the issue, along with supporting images or videos to aid our understanding.

Timeframe for Claims:

To be eligible for an exchange or potential refund, you must register your claim with us within three (03) days of receiving the goods.

Important Usage Guidelines:

Please do not use any equipment that appears to be malfunctioning. Continued use of faulty equipment will void all warranties and negate any eligibility for refunds or exchanges.

Exclusions:

Please note that all products and services sold during promotional activities, special discounts, stock clearance sales, or as gifts are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges.

Strict Requirements for Considering Refunds or Exchanges:

To be considered for a refund or exchange, the returned product must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any flaws or signs of use.
  • Completeness: All original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, free gifts (if applicable), the original invoice, and all accompanying accessories must be included.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. If the product was delivered in an additional outer packaging/box, this should also be returned. Crucially, do not apply tape or stickers directly onto the manufacturer's packaging/box.

Return Instructions:

To ensure a smooth return process, please clearly indicate your Order Number on your return package and share tracking details via WhatsApp.

Right to Refuse Returns:

If the returned item does not meet the aforementioned requirements, we reserve the right to reject your request for a refund or exchange.

Rejected Returns:

If your return request is rejected, the item will be shipped back to you within 4-6 business days. Please note that after three (03) failed delivery attempts for a rejected return, the item will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of without any refund being issued.
