The Hanna HI98161 Foodcare pH/Temperature Meter is built specifically for direct food testing with the FC2023 application-specific electrode.

The probe uses a food-grade PVDF body, conic sensing tip, open junction, low-temperature glass and built-in temperature sensor, making it better suited to foods than a conventional glass laboratory electrode. The meter offers resolution down to 0.001 pH, up to five-point calibration, CAL Check™, GLP information and automatic temperature compensation. An IP67 housing supports work around wet production areas, while logged readings can be transferred to a PC.
