Fluke ii915 | Acoustic Imager for Partial Discharge & Leak Detection

Partial discharge in high-voltage equipment can develop long before visible failure, but conventional detection often requires specialist equipment and significant setup time. The Fluke ii915 Acoustic Imager converts high-frequency sound into a visible SoundMap, helping maintenance teams locate and analyse partial-discharge activity across electrical assets.

Its frequency range extends from 2 kHz to 100 kHz, with a detection range from approximately 0.5 m to 120 m. This makes it suitable for inspecting switchgear, transformers, insulators and high-voltage lines from a practical working distance. A 7-inch 1280 × 800 capacitive touchscreen provides the acoustic overlay, while a nominal 25 fps frame rate supports smooth scanning. The ii915 can also support leak-related inspection tasks, making it a versatile acoustic diagnostic platform.

Partial Discharge Imager Selection Guide

Choose the ii915 when the primary requirement includes partial-discharge detection on high-voltage equipment. The ii500 and ii905 are more directly focused on industrial gas and compressed-air leakage.

Market Relevance

The ii915 is particularly relevant to Pakistan's power utilities, substations, large industrial plants, power-generation facilities and high-voltage maintenance contractors. Buy the Fluke ii915 from Kamadi Pakistan for early partial-discharge detection and electrical asset condition monitoring.
