Fluke FL-45 Ex | 45-Lumen Intrinsically Safe Pocket LED Flashlight

Inspection and maintenance inside hazardous industrial environments require lighting equipment that is certified for the specific atmosphere, rather than an ordinary workshop flashlight. The Fluke FL-45 Ex Intrinsically Safe Flashlight provides compact, reliable illumination for suitable hazardous locations.

Its 45-lumen Cree XP-G2 LED delivers a beam distance of approximately 40 m, while two AAA batteries provide up to 20 hours of operation. The single On/Off mode keeps operation straightforward when technicians are working in confined or crowded spaces.

The pocket-sized housing weighs only 41 g and carries IP67 protection, making it suitable for dusty and wet working conditions within its ratings. The catalogue lists ATEX/IECEx-style hazardous-area classification II 1G Ex ia IIC T5 Ga, with additional North American hazardous-location classifications.

Intrinsically Safe Pocket Flashlight Selection Guide

Choose the FL-45 Ex when a compact, lightweight flashlight with 45 lumens and long battery runtime is appropriate. Select the FL-120 Ex when you need stronger illumination and selectable brightness.
