Fluke 835 | Laser Belt Alignment Tool for Pulley & Belt-Driven Machinery

Misaligned pulleys create uneven belt wear, excessive vibration, increased bearing stress and avoidable power loss. The Fluke 835 Laser Belt Alignment Tool provides a visual method for aligning belt-driven equipment without relying on straightedges or repeated manual estimation.

The system projects a highly visible green laser to help technicians identify pulley offset and angular misalignment. It indicates offset, vertical and horizontal alignment conditions, allowing corrections to be made while observing changes. Strong magnetic mounting simplifies attachment to suitable pulley faces, making the system practical for one-person operation.

With a measuring distance of up to 10 m and specified angular accuracy of 0.2°, the Fluke 835 supports maintenance of belt-driven motors, fans, pumps and production equipment. Its laser and reflector units are portable and designed for straightforward field use.

Pulley Alignment Tool Selection Guide

Choose the Fluke 835 for belt and pulley alignment. Select the Fluke 831 when the task involves directly coupled rotating shafts rather than belt-driven equipment.

Market Relevance

The Fluke 835 is useful for Pakistan's textile machines, packaging lines, fans, blowers, industrial pumps, food processing and general manufacturing. Kamadi Pakistan offers the Fluke 835 for more accurate pulley alignment and reduced belt-related maintenance.
