Fluke 831 | Laser Shaft Alignment Tool for Motors, Pumps & Rotating Machinery

Poor shaft alignment increases bearing loads, coupling stress, vibration and energy losses in rotating equipment. Conventional alignment methods can also be time-consuming and depend heavily on technician experience. The Fluke 831 Laser Shaft Alignment Tool provides a guided digital approach for accurate shaft alignment.

Using a coaxial reflected laser-beam measurement principle, the instrument calculates shaft misalignment and guides the technician through corrections. Its intuitive 8-inch touchscreen simplifies the measurement procedure, while single-laser technology supports precise alignment without complicated setup.

The system uses a wireless sensor and supports up to eight measurement points for vertical-machine alignment. Rugged environmental protection includes IP68 for the tablet and IP65 for the sensor. Cloud connectivity supports collaboration and review of alignment information where the relevant services are available.

Laser Shaft Alignment Selection Guide

Choose the Fluke 831 when you need to align coupled motor and driven-equipment shafts. For belt-driven pulleys, the Fluke 835 is the more appropriate specialized tool.

Market Relevance

The Fluke 831 is particularly suitable for Pakistan's cement, steel, textile, fertilizer, power, sugar and water-treatment industries operating pumps, compressors, fans and large motors. Buy the Fluke 831 from Kamadi Pakistan for precision shaft alignment and improved rotating-equipment reliability.
