Fluke 754 | Documenting HART Process Calibrator for Smart Instrumentation

Smart process instruments often require electrical calibration and digital HART communication during the same service task. The Fluke 754 Documenting Process Calibrator combines all measurement and sourcing functions of the 753 with integrated HART communication for smart transmitter maintenance.

It measures and sources voltage, current, resistance, frequency, thermocouples and RTDs and supports pressure measurement through compatible modules. Automated as-found/as-left procedures help satisfy quality and regulatory programs, while stored records can be transferred to calibration-management software. Built-in HART functions allow technicians to monitor, control, calibrate and troubleshoot compatible smart instruments without carrying a separate communicator. The 754 also supports fast pulsed RTD transmitters and PLCs with response down to 1 ms.

HART Documenting Calibrator Selection Guide

Choose the 754 when calibration work includes HART smart transmitters and documented procedures. The 753 provides equivalent core calibration functions without integrated HART communication.

Market Relevance

The Fluke 754 is ideal for Pakistan's pharmaceutical, fertilizer, chemical, oil and gas, power and water-treatment facilities using smart HART instrumentation. Kamadi Pakistan offers the Fluke 754 for integrated calibration, HART diagnostics and documentation.
