Fluke 718Ex | Intrinsically Safe Pressure Calibrator for Hazardous Areas

Pressure calibration in potentially explosive process areas requires test equipment specifically designed and certified for hazardous environments. The Fluke 718Ex Intrinsically Safe Pressure Calibrator provides a self-contained solution for pressure measurement and calibration where ordinary electrical test equipment may not be suitable.

The catalogue lists 30, 100 and 300 psi internal pressure ranges, corresponding approximately to 2, 7 and 20 bar. Internal pressure measurement is specified to 0.05% of full span. For broader pressure requirements, compatible intrinsically safe Fluke 750PEx modules extend measurement up to 200 bar. The instrument carries II 1G Ex ia IIC T4 intrinsic-safety classification and is supplied with a traceable calibration report.

Hazardous-Area Pressure Calibrator Selection Guide

Choose the 718Ex when pressure calibration must be performed in an approved intrinsically safe environment. The standard 718 is intended for non-hazardous-area field calibration.

Market Relevance

The Fluke 718Ex is relevant to Pakistan's oil and gas, chemical, fertilizer, petrochemical and other hazardous process installations. Contact Kamadi Pakistan for the appropriate Fluke 718Ex pressure range and hazardous-area calibration requirements.
