Fluke 4181 | Precision Infrared Calibrator 35°C to 500°C with 152mm Target

Industrial infrared thermometers used on high-temperature processes require a calibration target large enough and well characterized enough to minimize common non-contact measurement errors. The Fluke Calibration 4181 Precision Infrared Calibrator provides a radiometrically calibrated source from 35°C to 500°C with a large 152 mm target.

The large target helps reduce size-of-source effects when calibrating many handheld and industrial infrared thermometers. Fluke also provides compensation for errors arising from thermometer emissivity settings, improving consistency between instruments. Because the target is radiometrically calibrated, the 4181 is intended for higher-level IR calibration work where a simple dry-block surface is not sufficient. An accredited radiometric calibration report accompanies the instrument, making it suitable for laboratories and industrial quality programs requiring traceable non-contact temperature calibration.

High-Temperature Precision IR Selection Guide

Choose the 4181 for precision IR calibration from 35°C to 500°C. Select the 4180 where below-ambient capability to -15°C is more important.

Market Relevance

The Fluke 4181 is relevant to Pakistan's steel, cement, glass, heat treatment, food manufacturing, calibration and industrial quality-control sectors. Kamadi Pakistan offers the Fluke 4181 for traceable high-temperature infrared calibration.
