Fluke 1555 | 10kV Insulation Resistance Tester up to 2 TΩ

Testing high-voltage motors, generators, transformers and long cable systems can demand insulation-test voltages well beyond 5 kV. The Fluke 1555 Insulation Resistance Tester extends Fluke's high-voltage platform to 10,000 V and insulation resistance measurement up to 2 TΩ.

The tester provides selectable voltages from 250 V through 10 kV, supporting a broad range of electrical assets. Automatic PI and DAR calculations simplify timed insulation assessment, while the ramp function helps investigate breakdown behaviour. Leakage-current and capacitance measurements add diagnostic information, and it can store up to 99 labelled results for historical comparison. A live-circuit warning identifies voltages from 30 to 600 V AC/DC before testing. The 1555 is therefore aimed at demanding high-voltage predictive-maintenance programs.
